You’re personal information, such as your email address, first name, and last name, are shared with The Book View. You’re information will never be sold. Further, your information will never be given to third-parties without your permission.
Like any other website, The Book View uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Embedded content from other websites

We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic to this site and to monitor traffic from subscription emails sent via MailChimp. Other than the Google Analytics properties mentioned above, we do not share your data with any third parties, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
